Overview The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for all guests visiting the spa. This role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while handling reservations, check-ins/outs, product sales, and general inquiries. The Spa Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding services, availability, and pricing.Book, confirm, modify, and cancel spa appointments using spa scheduling software.Check guests in and out of appointments efficiently and accurately.Process payments for services, packages, and retail products.Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, lounge, and retail displays.Communicate guest preferences, special requests, or concerns to service providers.Handle guest feedback or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.Keep up-to-date knowledge of spa menu offerings, promotions, and product lines.Support back-of-house spa operations as needed (e.g., laundry, restocking, folding towels).Assist with daily opening and closing procedures. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Prior experience in a spa, salon, resort, or hospitality setting preferred.Strong customer service and communication skills.Proficient in using scheduling software and POS systems; experience with spa software a plus.Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Flexible schedule including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Compensation RangeThe compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $22.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
