Job DescriptionEchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team in Nashville, TN. Our Technicians enjoy guaranteed pay, a very collaborative and casual work environment, very different from a traditional "dog-eat-dog" shop. It's fun, fair, and a great place to work. To excel in this service role, you will need excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.What You’ll Do:The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.190 Point Vehicle InspectionLube, filter, flushesBrake system and tire repairSuspension and alignmentsVehicle DrivabilityAir Conditioning Diagnosis and RepairLight Line work to include – Gasket and seal repairs, component replacement, water pumps, and alternatorsOccasional heavy line, engine, and transmission removal and installation, no rebuilds or overhaulsWhat We’re Looking For:Must be state-certified where applicableAt least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certificationOwn a set of toolsValid driver’s license and a good driving recordHigh school diploma or the equivalentStrong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to follow directions and willingness to learnRespect for teammates and a positive outlookWhat We OfferSalary of $47K to $75K+ based on experienceOur technicians are paid a salary with bonus potential - not a flat rate, and pay is guaranteedSchedule that provides work/life balanceCompany Paid TrainingHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401K – 100% match up to 4%Paid vacationTuition reimbursementAccess to leadership and personal development programsCompany provided uniforms and tool cabinetsWork/life balanceAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
