Intro and job overview: 

The Senior Software Engineer takes ownership of product software development throughout its lifecycle. You are motivated and engaged from design to delivery. You will emphasize good coding practices and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers alike. You are emotionally intelligent and can simplify complex problems.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

Work within an Agile Scrum team as a Senior Software EngineerBuild secure and scalable software using Java and other programming languagesEmphasize good coding practicesBe a strong communicatorDesign solutions to complex problemsProvide mentorship to fellow EngineersSet good examples for team cultureBe flexible and show a willingness to work across different disciplinesStay aware of advancements in technology and present new ideas to the teamParticipate in code reviews

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field (Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement)5+ Years Experience in Software Engineering3+ Years Experience developing in JavaProven experience using Spring Boot frameworkCloud/SaaS/AWS, Java, Python, SQL, Git/Version Control productAWS Certifications, Experience working within an Agile team, JavaScript experience, Jira is a plus
