PRN: Flexible hours Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week Daytime and after-school hours available We work around your availability—daytime and after-school visits are both neededKey Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs. Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments. Educate families on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and daily living skills. Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plan updates accurately. Participate in care coordination, team meetings, and discharge planning.
