Job Requirements Qualifications Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, grant writing, and grant reporting. Experience interacting with a wide variety of clientele (executive leadership, staff, visitors, and donors). Experience working with external partners. Ability to meet deadlines, track, and monitor scheduling and planning activities. Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, make reasoned decisions, and multi-task. Comfortable in professional, fast-paced, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial environment. Ability to work effectively in and foster a team environment to develop and maintain confidences. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Knowledgeable of Code of Federal Regulations, 2 CFR Section 200 and its application to grant awards is a preferred. Understanding of the federal, state, local, and private funding landscape.
