Interested in joining our Team?DescriptionTeam Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in Utility Construction, is hiring a General Foreman for our Jacksonville, NC operation. The General Foreman will be responsible for leading the overhead electrical program in the area.ResponsibilitiesLeads on various size projectsEnsures accuracy of time sheets and expense reportsDevelops work-around procedures for maintaining crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specification and industry standardsEnsures safety practices are observed by all crews during their workReports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a projectMay work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assuranceRequirements & QualificationsDemonstrated experience managing overhead electrical distribution crewsJourneyman Lineman certification requiredMust have previous experience working from blueprints, and specificationsHigh school education or equivalent classes in industry-related coursesBenefitsHealth InsuranceWellness ProgramLife Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings ProgramProfit SharingPaid Leave BenefitsTeammate Assistance Program ()Team Fishel offers excellent industry training and a career development path for our Teammates.
