What you get:Lead the Charge: Own electrical design on diverse, challenging projects.Growth & Mentorship: Advance your career with opportunities for development and mentorship from experienced professionals.Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, work-life balance, and its employees.Make a Real Impact: Contribute to projects that shape communities and industries, from wastewater treatment to commercial and industrial facilities.Responsibilities:Leads electrical design of multi-discipline projects.Provides technical design on projects and solutions to engineering and technical challengesDesigns electrical systems for facilities projects including water/wastewater treatment, commercial, federal, DOD, utility, and industrial facilitiesPrepares calculations and analyses of electrical and lighting systems Review designs for quality assurance.Mentor junior engineers.Cultivate strong relationships with clients and project managers.Review contractor submittals and respond to questions during construction. Perform site visits during design or construction when needed. Additional responsibilities as needed Education & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited universityProfessional Engineer (PE) registrationMinimum of 4 years of engineering experience required 5-8 years preferredExperience with design of automotive manufacturing, tire manufacturing, and water/wastewater treatment a plusAbility to read, analyze, and interpret job-related manuals and documentsRevit proficiency is preferred Knowledge of SKM or ETAP for Electrical Studies.
