This pivotal role not only manages guest interactions but also keeps the front desk running like a well-oiled machine. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to guests, maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor at all times. Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and enhance guest satisfaction. Communication: Effectively convey information and ideas, and address guest inquiries and issues promptly. Financial Skills: Work with and understand financial information, performing basic arithmetic functions as needed. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
