The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Byron Center region seeking Process Engineers. Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Conduct root cause analysis for production deviations and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions. Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and solve production issues. Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
