We are currently looking for a skilled family law attorney to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. Your role will involve managing your caseload, collaborating closely with the owners and our exceptional support staff, and contributing to our compassionate and thoughtful approach to serving clients.Ideal candidates:Must have direct experience in family lawWill handle family cases and effectively resolve legal disputesShould devise innovative case strategies tailored to clients' goalsMust be proficient in drafting and editing pleadings, negotiating with opposing counsel, and advocating fiercely for clients in courtWill focus on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client service throughout the legal processCompensation:$100,000 - $145,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Work in the firm will include:Litigating contentious hearings when beneficial negotiations have failed.Planning client-centered strategies to put the client in the best position possible under the facts.Engineering creative solutions to maximize the client's position under the facts.Negotiating thoughtful settlements that seek to destroy the zero-sum narrative associated with family law.Working directly with clients to advise them on best practices to minimize client stress and mitigate client risk during the proceedings.Working collaboratively with team members to maximize client outcomes.The ability to set realistic client expectations in light of the client's facts and stated goals.Qualifications:Our ideal candidate is: Licensed with the Texas Bar Association.Experienced in handling family law matters, specifically divorce, SAPCRs, protective orders, and adoptions.Able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.We are looking for a team player with empathy, creativity, and organization to help us expand our business.The person we hire must bring a high level of energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to work every day.We are looking for individuals with fire and ambition.About CompanyWe are known for helping clients come out of an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a thoughtful and assertive team behind them that really cared and fought for them.We are passionate about customized and strategic guidance to people going through divorce or family legal issues while providing a sense of security.We offer:Competitive payPaid time offMedical insurance (firm pays 75%)Modern, relaxed office settingPlus, the office closes at noon every Friday.In the near future, we'll also provide a retirement plan.
