Service Receptionist / Service Cashier – Bluebonnet Ford Bluebonnet Ford is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused individual to join our growing service department. We are looking for applicants with strong customer service skills who are eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry. Responsibilities Follow all receptionist and cashiering processes and procedures Answer inbound service phone calls and schedule service appointments Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing Greet visitors, identify their needs, and assist accordingly Cashier service customers with accuracy and professionalism Direct customers to the lounge and ensure they are connected with the correct team member for status updates Help diffuse customer concerns and route them to the appropriate staff member Scan repair orders for digital records Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the service lounge Complete daily cash reports Benefits 401(k) Plan Medical Plan Dental Plan Life Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Sick Days Employee Purchase Plans Promote-from-within culture Qualifications Ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license issued in state of residence Ability to pass a drug test and background check About Us Kahlig Auto Group is an industry-leading automotive retailer with 12 dealerships across South Texas.
