Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Problem-Solving:Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to resolve guest concerns. Multitasking Ability:Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Financial Skills:Work with and understand financial information, performing basic arithmetic functions as needed. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
