Our client is looking Sr. Business Analyst for long term project in St. Paul, Minnesota (onsite) Below is the detail requirement. Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst Location: St. Paul, Minnesota (onsite) Need local Contract duration: 6 months. Authorization: GC/USC (as this role is CTH) Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team and support our Customer Experience Product Team. In this position, you will work directly with the business and our customers to define the functionality of our customer portal and then with the development team to create it. What Will You Do? Analyze business objectives and user needs, elicit and document requirements, and translate business objectives into user stories. Create business process flows and system data flows and share with development team. Create user stories for development team that includes business objectives, business requirements, acceptance criteria, data mappings, and test data for the use case. Analyze data to clarify stories and replicate bugs using SQL tools. Understand Ag industry issues and trends and present technical solutions that enhance the value of our customers products and services. Ensure IT Methodology and best practices are adhered to. Collaborate with other business analysts, technical staff, and management. Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. What Experience is Required? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience working with developers and quality assurance analysts in a team setting using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong SQL skills including writing complex queries to identify use case data Strong customer experience focus in previous projects especially customer facing portals 4+ years of business systems analyst experience to include: Formulating and defining system scope and objectives for assigned projects Gathering and preparing detailed system requirements and diagrams Creating and modifying procedures to solve complex issues What is Preferred? Experience with data analysis and data mapping. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Experience with Snowflake Experience with using AWS
