Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating Schedules: Organize and manage calendars for project timelines, meetings, and team activities across both construction and rental operations.
  • Task Management Assistance: Support leadership by tracking, prioritizing, and ensuring the timely completion of various operational tasks.
  • Email Monitoring: Oversee company emails, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups to critical inquiries.
  • Daily Operations Oversight: Supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Permit and Compliance Management: Pull permits and verify Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other regulatory documents to maintain full compliance.
  • Short-Term Rental Management: Assist with managing our Airbnb properties, including overseeing guest communications, coordinating maintenance and cleaning schedules, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with building permits, COI verification, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with short-term rental management or hospitality operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in task management tools and email systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
