Turner Specialty Services (TSS) is seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in dewatering services with experience/knowledge in the following areas:
Filter Press OperationsDredging Centrifuge DewateringWastewater ClifiersFrac TanksDewatering BoxesGeotube DewateringWastewater TreatmentDewatering PolymersCoagulant TreatmentLime & Fly Ash SolidificationTank CleaningEstimatingPersonnel ManagementProject ManagementInvoicingProposal DevelopementP&L ReviewsEssential Qualifications:
High school diploma, College Degree is preferredProfessional writing skillsEstimating and proposal development experience is preferred 10 years of experience in wastewater and dewatering servicesProject Management experiencePersonnel Management Client RelationsSafe Work PracticesPost offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband PolicyComply with company and client job site safety requirementsMust not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplaceFunctional Requirements:
Responsible for multiple job sites/projects; manage personnel and site leadership at assigned sites/projects; manage paperwork, invoicing, expenses, and management reports related to the assigned sites/projects; site/project visits to maintain relationships, meet with the client, attend meetings, review work performance; some travel may be required periodically to visit out of town clients; help with estimating and proposal development on dewatering RFP's to help secure future work and grow the business; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
Compensation
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Involvement:
May be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.; reaching in all directions; handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; lifting 15 to 30 pounds from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead; carrying objects, tools, equipment, etc.; standing / sitting; walking; pushing; pulling; bending; kneeling; crouching/squatting; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction; wearing respirator and other PPE; typing / data entry; work in excessive heat; work in excessive cold; work in loud environment
