Mechanics will perform quality repairs and maintenance on all Heavy Trailers and refrigerated trailer as specified in manufacturer designed procedures or accepted industry practices. Work on trailers, repair top rail and bottom rails, replace panels, bumpers, weding and body swaps.   Mechanics will accurately complete all paperwork including repair information on work orders, information for state and federal certification  inspections, etc. Dedication and adherence to all company and industry safety standards Perform a wide variety of repairs, maintenance, installations, replacements, preventative maintenance and diagnostic tasks for various makes and models of semi-trailers in an efficient, timely, accurate, professional and safe manner in accordance with all Company polices   Job Requirements: High school diploma/GED preferred Minimum of 3 years of repair and maintenance experience in a heavy trailer / fleet dealership or shop environment One or more factory trained certifications preferred  manufacturer factory training is preferred Possess own tools to perform work on all equipment Knowledge on A/C system, brake system, emission systems, air systems and diagnostics / trouble shooting of diesel engines Basic computer skills with ability to use diagnostic programs Hold CDL license or be capable of obtaining a CDL license Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and MVR check   Required experience:   Required license or certification: Trailer Mechanic experience 3 years plus ASE electrical and Air Brake System certification CDL Preferred Certified welder a plus     Mechanic, Technician, Service Mechanic, Service, Trucking, Heavy Technician, Master, Engine Technician, Master Tech, Master Technician, Service Tech, Tech, Truck Tech, Truck Service Tech, Transportation, Heavy Equipment, Express Tech, Truck Engine, Power Tech, Generator Technician, Tire Care, ASE Master, ASE, Heavy Duty Truck, Entry-level Tech, Diesel Generator Technician, Level A, Level B, CDL, Diesel Tech Mechanics
