Responsibilities Designs and develops software applicationsPerforms coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development processMay direct the work of other software engineers. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project or product.Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Some travel is expected, up to 20%Provide 24x7 hour support for customer issues. Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science orequivalent experienceMinimum of 7 years of professional experience designing and developing software applicationsExperience with applications for automated or warehouse management systems.1) Java Proficiency with Java and the JDK Framework Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) Proficiency with troubleshooting/debugging software applications Experience with the following technologies: i. Java Messaging Service ii. Java Servlet iii. Windows Services iv. Microsoft SQL Server v. Oracle vi. TCP/IP Having experience with the following development tools: EclipseMicrosoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)StarTeamMicrosoft Azure/DevOps, GitSource Control and Bug Tracking vi. Microsoft SQL Management StudioOracle SQL Developer Microsoft Visio Microsoft Office2) JavaScript Proficiency with C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) Proficiency with troubleshooting/debugging software applicationsExperience with the following technologies: Microsoft MVC Framework Microsoft Entity Framework , , or experience with other Javascript reactive frameworks HTML, CSS, AJAX, SQL, LINQ MVC and MVVM architectural patternsMicrosoft SQL ServerOracle viii. .NET Core WCF/Web API Microsoft Windows Presentation Framework (WPF) Windows Services Having experience with the following development tools: Microsoft Visual Studio Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) Microsoft Azure/DevOps, Git Source Control and Bug Tracking Microsoft SQL Management Studio Adobe Photoshop vii. Microsoft Visio Microsoft OfficeExperience designing and developing Web based systems, as well as Client / Server based applications.
