Buffett, acquired Precision Castparts Corp. Job Description Purpose: Provide support to the E/One Operations Department through the management and execution of manufacturing projects. Apply principles learned in school as well as on the job training to solve manufacturing challenges. This would be a 6 month Co-Op term starting in July 2026 through December 2026. Core Responsibilities:Manage component and continuous improvement projects for one of E/One’s Operations Team. Projects are designed and documented in CAD, verified with hands-on prototyping and testing, and implemented in a high-pace production environment throughout the co-op’s term.Support ongoing manufacturing efforts with documentation updates and finalization within E/One’s ISO Processes. Work in a fast-paced team environment to identify, execute, and lead various projects simultaneously.Facilitate efficient business processes by supporting multiple departments through ERP System Management.Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives while preserving E/One’s commitment to product quality.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Requirements:Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.Previous CAD experience required.
