Licensed Practical Nurse LPN- Mayland Medical Center- Days

**$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for offers accepted by September 30, 2024. Terms and Conditions apply**This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with weekday, daytime hours only. No weekends, nights or holidays are required.Our Mayland Clinic is located in the West End area of Richmond and is home to a wide array of multispecialty providers as a Multispecialty & Family Medicine Clinic. We are a team of 5 RNs, 7 LPNs, an x-ray technologist and a phlebotomist and are excited to add a new face to our team-oriented group of professionals. We see an average of about 80 patients each day in our clinic where we have 17 total exam rooms. The LPN job commences to integrate technical skills and theoretical knowledge to meet the needs of the patient and family. This role assists the health care team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort. This role also provides direction, education, and begins to assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level. The LPN job delivers and accurately documents direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and an integrated, multidisciplinary plan of care.
