We are looking for a Part-Time, Model Cocktail Server to provide a service in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested. Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on casino floor and lounge. Always maintain cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray. Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction. Complete side duties including but not limited to replenish straws, napkins and all items needed to fulfill job duties. Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift. Communicate orders into the system through bartender ensuring transmission is verified. Deliver extraordinary service to every guest while intermingling and entertaining in a professional manner. Participate in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, banquet service functions, marketing campaigns and advertising and performs model/presenter tasks. Requires standing and walking continuously with a tray up to 20lbs throughout the shift. Must present a professional and pleasant appearance and must be able to walk in 1 and half inch heels.You must be on foot for 7+ hours per day in approved footwear. Present good athletic physical condition/body strength necessary; physically toned/fit body image to perform the duties required. Always maintain cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray. Respond to guest inquiries regarding casino features, services and assistance. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Promote Tuscany Suites & Casino in a positive manner. Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.     EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE   Previous Casino Cocktail Server experience preferred but not required. Must have a valid Health Card and TAM Card. Must be able to work all shifts. Applicants must be at a minimum age of 21 years. Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
