It’s time to join our team and help build more sustainable environments We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join us at Hazlehead. Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, the Multi Skilled Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance activities in line with equipment and schedule attainment taking into consideration any legal requirements. This will include supporting shift engineers to maintain plant and equipment, customer service and required OEE. The role To operate in line with all Wavin H&S standards and embrace and contribute to the Wavin ISRS Safety Programme Implement and adhere to safe working practices in accordance with legislation To advise and assist the Production Team to ensure that all products are made to the highest possible yield and product quality standards To ensure that the efficiency of the process is maintained at all times To undertake electrical engineering activities and assist in planned, unplanned and improvement work To participate in all training programs including the training of others Drive continuous improvement across site Be involved with project work as and when required Accompany contractors to facilitate work Profile A time served multi-skilled engineer with technical and electrical knowledge in automated assembly systems ONC qualification or equivalent Process the ability to work with pneumatic controls and read electrical and pneumatic schematic drawings 24v to 415 v circuits and controls etc Proficient working with heavy machinery both electrical and mechanical disciplines What Orbia Building & Infrastructure offers Do you want to make a difference by working with a purpose?
