Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Strategy Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who understands how to translate market insights into actionable strategies and aligns marketing efforts with overall brand objectives. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure the seamless coordination of campaigns, projects, and client-focused deliverables.ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing comprehensive marketing strategies based on industry trends, consumer insights, and brand goals.Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-department collaboration.Prepare reports that analyze campaign performance, key metrics, and opportunities for improvement.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and strategic initiatives.Support internal teams with research, planning documents, briefs, and project tracking.Contribute ideas that enhance marketing effectiveness and strengthen Beloform’s strategic offerings.QualificationsStrong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and strategy development.Proficiency in research, market analysis, and translating insights into strategic recommendations.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationCompetitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 per year.Career development and growth opportunities within a rapidly evolving company.Supportive and collaborative work environment that values innovation and initiative.Opportunities to participate in strategic projects that directly influence client and company success.
