Description :Essential Responsibilities: Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers.Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities.Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives.Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.Manage program budgets and financials.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts.Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.Expected Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment.Preferred Qualification:Your Day to DayDrive accountability for technical program plans, milestones, and deliverables, escalating issues to leadership as needed.Engage the right technical and business stakeholders to ensure program plans address all system, process, people, and external requirements.Champion change management processes and maintain comprehensive program documentation.Manage highly visible and sensitive technical projects with the utmost integrity and discretion.Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement.What You Need To BringDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with technical teams and business partners, influence behaviors, and foster team growth.Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.Extensive experience managing large, complex technical projects, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines amidst competing priorities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build trusted partnerships across technical and business teams.Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and project management frameworks.Experience with program management tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.)Strong understanding of PayPal's technology landscape and business priorities is a plus.Subsidiary:PayPalTravel Percent:0-PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
