Your leadership will guide a team of electricians, ensuring the highest quality of work, adherence to safety standards, and timely project delivery. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining client relationships and mentoring your team to achieve excellence.COMPENSATION:Hourly wage is set between $34.00 and $42.00 per hour, dependent on experience.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians on remodeling projects.Assist in planning and layout of electrical installations, ensuring all work meets local codes and safety regulations.Inspect work to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to provide updates and resolve issues.Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Maintain documentation for project progress and compliance.SCHEDULE:Monday Through FridayPossible overtime based on project needsYear-Round WorkRequirementsValid Electrician's License or CertificationHigh School Diploma or Equivalent5+ years of experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleDeep knowledge of electrical codes and remodeling practicesStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and teamsBenefitsHealth, Dental and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Retirement / Savings Plan (401K) with Employer Match, Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Group Life Insurance, Voluntary Group Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Employee Purchases and Discounts.
