Human Resources Analyst

Position Summary: The Human Resources Analyst position is responsible for performing human resource administrative work and providing analysis of various human resource programs and initiatives. Essential Functions: Administer assigned functions, such as classification review, compensation studies, employment analysis, leave and benefits administration. Collect and analyze data. Track trends and developments in assigned functional areas. Conduct studies, perform research and prepare reports. Review, interpret and recommend policy, process or program improvements. Participate in working groups and committees. Assist with special projects. Competencies: Business Acumen Communication Critical Evaluation Global & Cultural Awareness HR Expertise Relationship Management Ethical Practice Self-Motivated Team-Oriented Customer Oriented Must be able to follow Company safety rules and all other Company policies. Minimum Requirements Associate or Bachelor degree in human resources, public administration or related field and two years of human resource experience; or any combination of education, training or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Prior experience in human resources and benefits administration. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle and feel; and reach with hands and arms. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work). The employee may be subject to one or more of the following atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
