From ideation to production, you will work with a diverse and experienced team of design engineers to support aerospace industry leaders and spearhead technological advances in transport decarbonization.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Co-op to join our team specializing in mechanical and electrical engineering projects. This role offers hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and coordination across various engineering disciplines.Key Responsibilities:Assist project managers and engineering teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and milestones.Coordinate resources, equipment, and information to support project activities.Assist in budget tracking, cost estimation, and resource allocation.Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.Support project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and technical reports.Assist in conducting technical reviews, inspections, and quality assurance activities.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in project management processes and practices.Qualifications:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Strong academic background with coursework in project management or related disciplines.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Power BI, etc).Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.Prior internship or co-op experience in project management or engineering is a plus.Benefits:Gain practical experience in project management within the mechanical and electrical engineering fields.Work closely with experienced project managers and engineering professionals.Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects with real-world impact.Competitive compensation and potential for future career opportunities.Additional Job Details
