We are seeking to hire a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of outstanding caregivers

Position Overview:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents, assisting in their health and well-being. You will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to implement care plans, monitor residents' conditions, and provide support to both residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assessment and evaluation of residents' health conditions, documenting findings and care provided.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for any side effects or complications.

  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs.

  • Provide basic nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with activities of daily living.

  • Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness practices.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and resident progress.

  • Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe, clean environment for residents.

  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in [State].

  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.

  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
