Responsibilities :This role is hybrid 3 days onsite.  Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Penske’s business goals and customer needs. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects priorities and timelines. Customer & Market Insights Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Translate insights into actionable product features and enhancements. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, data science, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle. Execution & Delivery Write detailed product requirements and user stories. Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features. Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data. Stakeholder Communication Present product updates, KPIs, and strategic plans to leadership and cross-functional teams Ensure alignment across departments and manage expectations effectively.
