Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the well-being of people supported. Complete timely and accurate service documentation per clinic and Agency polices.Provides clinical consultation to Agency programsNotifies supervisor and caregiver of any significant events or incidents occurring during therapyMay provide services to a person through their collateral for the purposes of enhancing the effectiveness of the treatments enabling the person to remain with family or placement settingMaintains confidentiality of information regarding service recipientsProvides Social Work services per New York State part 679 Regulations for Clinic participants as assignedWho We Are Looking For: You possess excellent communication, written and active listening skills. You are professional and serve as a role model.
