Great work life balance We are open Monday - Friday 9AM - 6 PM, Saturday 9AM -5PM, and CLOSED on Sunday and you will also get a scheduled day off during the week. We are also closed on the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. BENEFITS: Hourly + Overtime + Commissions + Accessory Sales Bonuses + Bonuses + Annual Bonus Excellent pay plan giving our Sales Consultants the ability to achieve their top earning potential Tufts Health (50% Company Paid) and Blue Cross Dental Insurance 401k Retirement Plan w/ Employer Match Group Life Insurance Paid Vacation & Personal Days RESPONSIBILITIES: Build relationships & create customers for life Greet customer as they arrive on the property and guide them through the Sales Process Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features of New and Pre-owned Vehicles Close deals while learning to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Follow-up with unsold and sold customers to maximize every opportunity for sale or referral business Deliver outstanding Customer Service with an experience second to none Become a product specialist.Know the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology Report Directly to the Sales Management Team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales REQUIREMENTS: Outgoing, dependable, Self-motivated and displays a positive attitude Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Ready, willing and committed to learning the job Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process Proficient in basic business math including percentages Prior Automotive Sales Experience is preferred but not required Willing to submit to a drug screen Active driver's license with a acceptable driving record ***Copeland Chevrolet Hudson is committed to workforce diversity.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation.Smoke-free workplace.All resumes are held in confidence.No recruiters or agencies.Must be eligible to work in this country.
