Description Summary: National Capital Treatment & Recovery, formerly Phoenix House, a substance abuse treatment facility in Arlington, VA is currently seeking a part-time Weekend Overnight Residential Specialist to join our Coed Adult Withdrawal Management/Early Recovery Residential Program. This is a 22 bed program. Responsibilities include monitoring the therapeutic milieu and activities, responding to patient crises and emergencies as needed. This position assures a safe and drug free environment and provides Life Skills and 12 Step Education. This position is PRN - working on a flexible as needed schedule. As an LPN on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, person-centered care during one of the most critical phases of treatment.
