They provide applicants with all the necessary information related to enlisting and they prepare enlistment reports. They maintain statistics on recruiting programs and maintain administrative records. They serve as liaison with high schools, colleges, and industry officials, and they participate in community activities, such as state ceremonies and fundraising drives. Military Training All enlisted service members complete basic military training, which includes time spent in a classroom and in the field, and covers tactical and survival skills, physical training, military life and customs, and weapons training. Recruiters in the Military will gain skills through classroom study and on-the-job experience.
