Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible.Job Summary: Our Personal Lines Account Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Establish & maintain a strong relationship and make periodic decisions on account updates and coveragesReview exposures and current insurance program for assigned clientsDetermine if current carrier is the best fit for the client taking coverage, protection, and cost effectiveness into considerationWork with producers with the development and decisions about plans of action and coverages for new accountsProvide day-today service, anticipate customer’s needs, and respond to client questions and issues in a timely mannerKeep customers up to date on “pending changes” in the insurance world that may impact their insurance coverageMonitor carrier activities to make sure that they are fulfilling their responsibilities to the customer (i.e.: policies & endorsements quoted & accurately issued on a timely basis, claims being handled properly & on a timely and accurate basis)Complete account reviewsEducation and Experience:3-5 years of prior insurance industry experience preferredHigh school diploma or the recognized equivalent, requiredMaintain P&C License, requiredProficient in the use of Windows programs including Outlook, Word and ExcelBenefits and Perks:Competitive compensationGenerous vacation policy, paid holidays, and paid sick timeMedical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance (employee-paid)Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability InsuranceCompany-paid Group Life insuranceCompany-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Calm App subscriptionEmployee-paid Pet Insurance and optional supplemental insurance coverageVested 401(k) with company match and financial wellness programsFlexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) and commuter benefits optionsPaid maternity leave, paid paternity leave, and fertility benefitsCareer growth and learning opportunities…and so much morePlease note: This list is not reflective of all benefits.
