In addition, the Evaluation Lead portion of the position will work closely with collaborators at UNM, the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), SW CACTI leadership, and other CTSA hubs to implement a continuous quality improvement framework and will oversee the SW CACTI Evaluation and Continuous Quality Improvement (ECQI) Workgroup. The Evaluation Lead is part of the SW CACTI Executive Leadership Team and will attend the SW CACTI leadership meetings and meet with Element, Module, and Core leads to review consistency and collect their metrics. Duties & Responsibilities Faculty Responsibilities:Teaching, clinical services or scholarly work.Evaluation Lead:Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates SW CACTI’s Evaluation and Continuous Quality Improvement (ECQI) Workgroup; defines operational policies and procedures for the SW CACTI’s Evaluation and Continuous Quality Improvement (ECQI) Workgroup, and establishes and monitors the programs goals, objectives and methodologies to meet program goals.Designs and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records for SW CACTI’s Evaluation and Continuous Quality Improvement (ECQI) Workgroup.
