Job Description Inspire the next generation of electricians Lincoln Tech in Columbia, MD is seeking licensed and experienced Electricians to share their passion for the industry and teach in our Electrical and Electronics Systems and Technology program. No teaching experience? Don't worry, Lincoln Tech has successfully transitioned experienced electricians with limited or no teaching experience into successful educators. Key Qualifications 3+ years' experience as a Licensed Electrician in any of the following: Residential - Commercial - Industrial  Responsibilities Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical and Electronics Systems in our fully equipped facility. Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum. Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability, Evaluate and communicate progress with students. Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance.
