Position: Sr. Brand Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA Job Id: 394 # of Openings: 1 SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES The Sr. Brand Analyst is responsible for measuring, monitoring, reporting, and analyzing key metrics for the brand. The Analyst will provide analytics and data transformation support at the enterprise level adding value cross functionally among marketing, finance, operations, development, and IT/data teams. This role is highly collaborative and necessitates working with teams across the organization. For assigned projects, the Sr. Brand Analyst will lead problem solving, structure issues, plan analysis, synthesize findings, identify indicated actions, and communicate complex analyses in a simple, easily understood manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Analyzes performance of promotions, menu, marketing and digital initiatives, and other factors impacting business performance. Provides insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive strategy and sales growth Creates and maintains reports and dashboards with information including but not limited to operations metrics, development analysis, sales performance, and marketing analysis Monitors data accuracy and completes QA as necessary to ensure accuracy and functional design of company-wide reporting systems and dashboarding. Participates in partnerships with our external system providers and our internal team to ensure that data needs are met to support internal business needs Leverages internal and external data sources to critically examine the business and market and find novel insights. Communicates insights in a clear and compelling way Assists in systems/process implementations as required to include data integration Aids in the compilation of monthly reporting to investors/board Provides forecasting support for products, promotions, and overall sales based on historical performance and other relevant factors Educates and trains non-analytics personnel on tools such as PowerBI and Excel to enhance team’s decision-making capabilities REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 3 to 5 years relevant experience in analytics, finance, or marketing strategy Experience in restaurant or hospitality industries a plus EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS BS or BBA in Marketing/Business, Finance, or related field REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, KNOWLEDGE, OR LICENSES Advanced knowledge of MS Office with expertise in Excel Experience with PowerBI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools desired Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an appreciation of and attention to important details Strong interpersonal, written, communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter: able to clarify ambiguity and create solutions in a fast-paced organization Solid project management skills with excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure Ability to work cross-functionally and build working relationships through collaboration, influence, and negotiation to successfully accomplish a task Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This position requires up to 15% travel as needed to support key business initiatives
