You'll have at least a year's experience at executing under pressure in a high-volume, full-service environment. Previous server experience is even betterIn addition, you'll need:to be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day, and be able to lift and carry up to 40 poundsthe ability to work calmly and effectively under pressureto be able to accurately perform basic mathematical calculationsto be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beveragesto work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidaysto be certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law)high energy and stamina, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team membersa high school diploma (or equivalent)
