Pay rate: $28.75 - $48.67 per hour + 10% Shift DifferentialPay rate is dependent upon education & experience.
Essential Functions:

Prepares inspection reports Inspects structural condition of equipment Removes and installs components and parts to make necessary repairs Reconditions or fabricates components or parts to manufacturer's specifications Determines reusability of parts in accordance with published guidelines Orders replacement parts Makes warranty recommendations as to repairs meeting warranty criteria or caused by abuse, normal wear or rework Makes recommendations to manager on action to correct the failure or problem Builds and bores components Other duties as assigned by managerSupervisory Responsibilities:
Assists Class B and C welders as required, providing them with guidance and instruction in their workRequired Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of welding experience, preferably in the heavy equipment industryPhysical Demands & Competencies:
Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, etc. Heavy work that includes lifting and/or moving objects up to 85 pounds or more Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills Safety & Product Knowledge Ability to search for and enter data into a computer Ability to type service reportsWork Environment:
