If you have compassion, love to help others, and enjoy building relationships, then we have the job for you Compensation & Benefits: · Competitive pay: $19.00-$20.50 an hour · Medical benefits · 401 (k) retirement plan · 24/7 office staff support · Mobile clock in/out · PPE (personal protective equipment) provided · Ongoing PAID training and development through our online learning system · On-the-job training · Paid travel time · Recognition, celebrations, and great team interactions Responsibilities: · Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving · Medication reminders · Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises · Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home · Dementia care · Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning the bathroom · Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions · Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments · Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc. Requirements: · High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate · Six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course · Current CPR Certificate is recommended · Read, write, speak and understand English · Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation Testimonials: Yolanda (Right at Home Caregiver) – “This agency is understanding and treats employees very well.” Jasmine (Right at Home Caregiver) – “I am here because we are in the military.
