We are currently seeking Technical Professionals who are searching for challenging and rewarding jobs for the following opportunity: OverviewCGS is seeking a FULL TIME and ONSITE Principal Product Engineer — a hands-on, end-to-end product builder at the intersection of AI, engineering, and user experience. In this role, you’ll own delivery from ideation through production, translating real user needs into high-impact features and scalable systems.Looking for a creative full-stack problem solver who moves seamlessly across frontend, backend, data, and AI — someone who builds and ships quickly using modern and AI-accelerated workflows, operates with minimal oversight, and naturally leads as teams form around their work.Duties Collaborate closely with founders and product leaders to identify high-leverage opportunities—and rapidly turn them into working software.Architect, build, and ship full products and subsystems end-to-end across frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL), and AWS Leverage AI and automation to drastically speed up development, experimentation, and innovation.Lead by example—mentor others, conduct thoughtful code reviews, and help shape engineering culture as the team grows.Establish and enforce strong standards around system design, scalability, performance, and reliability.Requirements 10+ years of professional engineering experience across full-stack and/or data/AI-driven systems.Demonstrated track record of independently delivering high-impact. Deep expertise in Python, AWS, and modern web frameworks (React, Next.js).Strong understanding of data flows and system integration (PostgreSQL, APIs, ETL).Product- and outcome-driven—you optimize for user value, speed, and business results.Equally comfortable designing architecture and writing production-grade code.Creative, resourceful, and AI-native—you use modern tools to move faster and smarter.Thrive in ambiguity—able to identify problems, define solutions, and execute without heavy process.About CGS Business Solutions: CGS specializes in IT business solutions, staffing and consulting services.
