Working with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager, you'll help implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor store activity, and handle incidents with professionalism and care. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about safety and service, this is your moment to Belong to Something Beautiful.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote safety & awarenessLead/join meetings and training to increase asset protection and reinforce safety protocolsMaintain strong store presenceSpend 75-80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and maintain a safe environmentPartner with leadershipCollaborate with managers to align shrink reduction and safety initiativesMonitor & investigateUse CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate lossesIncident responseDe-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experienceExecute audits and reporting Complete audits and prepare reports for asset protection effortsCompliance Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirementsSupport multiple locations As neededRepresent Sephora Testify in court on behalf of the company if requiredFlexible Scheduling and ReliabilityMust meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hoursFull Time: 30-40 hrs/weekBe available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)Punctuality and consistent attendanceQualifications/Experience1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss preventionUnderstanding of retail operations, shrink, and safetyAbility to build trust and collaborate across teamsConflict de-escalation skillsComfortable with CCTV and reporting toolsExcellent communication and attention to detailPhysically able to lift and carry up to 50lbsWhile at Sephora, you’ll enjoyInclusion & Belonging We pledge to create a beauty community where everyone’s uniqueness is celebrated, respected, and honoredMeaningful Rewards Sephora offers comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility; Details can be found Here$25.00 - $29.50/hr.
