• Plan, install, build, manage, support, configure, and test server infrastructure components and connectivity • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues • Upgrade servers, devices, and network infrastructure • Establish tools that will drive efficiencies • Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware • Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications • Manage access controls through users and groups in Active Directory • Manage large Terminal Server/Remote Desktop Services farms in a VMWare environment • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Failover Clusters Skills & Requirements • Work experience as a Senior System Administrator • Good knowledge of at least one scripting language • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks • Knowledge of system security techniques • Good problem-solving and communication skills KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: • Install, configure, and maintain SCCM including high availability • Configure and maintain internal systems using SCCM  • Familiar will deploying and managing IIS • Ability to use a wide variety of tools to manage systems and applications • Experience with IT operations • Strong grasp of automation tools • Data management skills • A strong focus on business outcomes • Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders • Coding or scripting to support  • Process re-engineering • Communicating and collaborating with others • Self-motivated and able to work in a small team with minimal supervision • Desire to deliver the best solutions for the need • Ownership of any output delivered • Ability to use data to drive decisions
