Serve room trays as needed for meals. Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance and presentation standards at all times. Always exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards. Exemplify community standards of fully staffed, operational, and stocked dining room. Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Knowledge in areas of serving, preparation and shift organization. Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items. Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, assist with dish washing. Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere. Knowledge of diets provided and served correctly per policy and procedure. The Community embraces a culture of hospitality. To that end, all employees are expected as a condition of employment to uphold our culture expectations in all interactions with residents, fellow employees, and guests.   Server Qualifications: Previous serving experience preferred but not required Team Player Reliable  Good communication skills (oral and written) Excellent customer service skills Required to receive the annual Flu vaccine, excluding religious or medical exemptions.
