Unit Clerk  Responsibilities Include: Serve as the initial point of contact in the reception area Serve as an integral part of workflow for Nursing Stations Greet guests in a professional, friendly, & hospitable manner Professionally administer all incoming calls Ensure phone calls are directed accurately Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers Responsible for Inventory and Purchasing of Nursing Supplies Arrange transportation for clients for consultations Communicate with various physician offices to set up appointments Customer Service Oriented Transfer calls Data Entry Monitor visitor sign in/sign out book Monitor reception area Other various Clerk duties Pay  Up to $23 an hour An Equal Opportunity Employer
