Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult, primary care practice, in pristine western Connecticut. Position Details: 100% office-based, Outpatient Primary Care – Adult Medicine (18+) Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only, ask about a 4-day work week option Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months Access to Behavioral Health , High Risk Nurse Care Managers & Social Workers Efficient operations, 2.5 staff per physician including Nursing support and your own MA EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling and patient portal Benefits: Uncapped incentive bonus Loan repayment support Sign-on bonus Relocation stipend Health benefits 401K with Match Paid Malpractice with 100% Tail Coverage Board certifications and licenses paid Stipend for CME available A physician Mentorship and Orientation Program Flexible scheduling and infrequent call for work/life balance The Community: Working in this picturesque town in northwestern Connecticut offers numerous geographical advantages that contribute to a fulfilling professional experience.
