In this role you will help your production team achieve maximum efficiency by hiring, training, and directing team members while advancing your career and enjoying U-Haul’s excellent benefits.Primary Responsibilities:· Ensure the efficient management of the metal fabrication operations of a multiple shift facility.· Optimize efficiency, productivity, and equipment performance to meet objectives.· Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods.
