This collaborative firm fosters creativity and innovation, ensuring that every project reflects the unique vision and needs of the client while adhering to the highest standards of quality and excellence.Position Summary As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects from conceptual design through construction administration. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing design solutions, producing high-quality documentation, and coordinating with consultants and contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to contribute to significant projects and grow within a dynamic and established firm. .Primary Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration. Develop strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Translate client needs and program requirements into innovative and functional design solutions. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents. Coordinate with and manage the work of consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers. Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and contract documents. Mentor and provide guidance to junior architectural staff. Contribute to the firm's design culture and participate in internal project reviews and design discussions. Maintain a strong understanding of current building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Education/Skills/Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in an architectural firm following the completion of a bachelor's degree. Possession of a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). Proven experience in the design and management of high-end single-family residential and commercial projects Exemplary design sensibility coupled with a meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Strong problem-solving abilities alongside the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
