Finance work at Kuehne+Nagel, means more than we imagine.‎ How you create impactWe are seeking an Operational Care Supervisor, Revenue Care to lead and support a team dedicated to delivering high‑quality financial and operational services. This role is responsible for guiding team members, ensuring productivity and compliance, fostering a positive team atmosphere, and collaborating with revenue and branch management to drive continuous improvement. The supervisor will also act as a key escalation point, ensuring accuracy in billing and charges while supporting systematic issue resolution.Develop and support team members to ensure consistent quality of financial services.Provide instruction and guidance to team leads and team members as needed.Actively communicate with the team through meetings and one‑on‑one discussions to build motivation and results.Manage timecards, including PTO requests, corrections, and approvals.Monitor team productivity and performance; evaluate growth with the Revenue Manager and initiate improvement actions when necessary.Collaborate with revenue management to implement process changes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Align regularly with operations management on KPI and productivity reporting.Schedule and participate in meetings with branch management; maintain daily communication with branch leadership.Serve as a secondary point of contact for escalations and support emails.Investigate incorrect billing (Accounts Receivable) and incorrect charges paid (Accounts Payable).Provide secondary support for systematic issues documented within the team.What we would like you to bring2–4 years of expertise in sea logistics and accounting principles with a strong foundation in operational efficiency and financial accuracy.Proven leadership experience, successfully guiding and developing teams while fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.Skilled in delegating and coordinating responsibilities, ensuring seamless workflow and accountability across team functions.Recognized for excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities, adept at building trust and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.Proficient in Microsoft 365 and general IT tools, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.Possess an analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, consistently delivering practical solutions to complex challenges.Highly organized and resilient under pressure, capable of meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.Experienced in KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives, driving measurable performance gains and operational excellence.What's in it for youAt Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues.
