This role involves supervising a team of 15+ employees, ensuring quality output, and optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise fabrication team members Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives Assign tasks and manage production schedules Ensure safe equipment usage and schedule maintenance Verify production output meets specifications Report on performance and suggest process improvements Train new employees on machinery and safety procedures Maintain inventory accuracy and financial control Enforce safety and company standards Requirements 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or construction management Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and tools Proficiency in MS Office Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High school diploma required; advanced education preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Interested?
