As a Project Support Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing project delivery and ensuring operational excellence. This position supports project teams by handling essential administrative and coordination tasks that help projects run smoothly- from proposal development to closeout.What you’ll do:Assist with project and proposal setup, ensuring accurate and timely entry of data in our internal project management, tracking and reporting systemsCollaborate and communicate with project managers, technical staff, and finance specialists to track deliverables and project milestonesManage and maintain key project documentation, including contracts, project reports & distribution lists, and change requestsSupport quality and compliance efforts by helping maintain data accuracy and appropriate access to sensitive informationContribute to client service by facilitating communication and follow-up tasks, allowing project managers to stay focused on technical execution and client relationshipsWhat we’re looking for:Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-throughExcellent responsiveness, communication and collaboration across Geotechnical and Environmental teams and departmentsAbility to quickly and independently prioritize and complete a variety of assigned tasksA proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems and processesExperience in a project coordination, administrative, or systems-based data entry role is a plusFamiliarity with or willingness to learn Terracon-specific systems and platformsRequirements:High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years’ related experience.Associate degree in related field preferred.Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.The expected salary range for this position is listed below. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. $ - $ per hour
